Information for Resellers

We are very pleased that you have chosen – or are about to choose – our handmade natural soaps!

How to become a reseller:

Please create a customer account in the shop and send me an email at [email protected] indicating that you wish to become a reseller.
Once your account is activated, reseller prices will automatically be visible in the shop.

Conditions:

  • All prices include packaging, labels, and VAT

  • Shipping costs: CHF 10.70 per order
    → Free shipping for orders over CHF 500.–

  • Minimum order quantity: From 1 piece, provided the soaps are intended for resale

  • Sales prices: Freely set, but with a maximum gross margin of 100%
    → Typical margins range between 40% and 70%

Example gross margin:

Purchase price CHF 6.85 / Sales price CHF 10.30 = 50% margin

Important:

  • Resale to other resellers is not permitted

  • Sales are allowed exclusively in Switzerland

  • Returns according to our Terms & Conditions

Production & Delivery:

  • Our natural soaps require a curing time of 6 to 8 weeks
    → Longer delivery times may occur if an item is out of stock

  • Please order large quantities well in advance

  • Color and design may vary and are determined by SeifenStück.ch
    → Color variations are production-related and do not constitute grounds for complaint

  • Custom orders are possible starting from 90 pieces

Storage & Shelf Life:

  • Natural soaps have no expiration date

  • They should be stored in a dry and dark place

  • Color changes may occur even with proper storage

Pick-up:

Orders can be picked up on invoice in Spiez.

Quality & Transparency:

All natural soaps are personally developed and handmade by me using the traditional cold process.
They meet the strict requirements of natural cosmetics, and I guarantee complete traceability of all raw materialsused.

SeifenStück.ch works closely with the food inspection authority, and all recipes are SIB/PID certified.

Raw Materials:

  • Animal-derived ingredients come exclusively from animal-friendly, organic-certified Swiss farms

  • Vegan alternatives are also part of the product range
